NAB reserves the right to decline to arrange valuations in respect of any property at any time and without assigning reasons therefore. Without limiting the previous sentence, NAB will only arrange for valuations to be provided in respect of those properties that it considers may, subject to the satisfaction of various conditions, be suitable for it's Hong Kong Property Finance products.
Any such valuations will not be provided by NAB but will be provided by third parties who are unrelated to NAB. Any information and valuation on any property provided is a preliminary indication only, is indicative only, is for reference only and is not binding on NAB. NAB does not warrant the accuracy, timeliness or completeness of any of such information and valuation or whether they are fit for any purposes. NAB also does not assume any liability for any reliance on such information and valuation by any person. If your require a formal appraisal and indication of value you should at your own cost consult your own appropriately qualified valuer to provide such service.
You should also note that should you apply for a Hong Kong Property Finance product in respect of financing a property on which a valuation was previously provided, NAB will still require formal valuations to be provided to it (in form and substance satisfactory to it in all respects) in accordance with it's standard terms and conditions, policies and/or practices (as such terms and conditions, policies and/or practices may be amended from time to time by NAB).
