Policy for Customer Protection Management
National Australia Bank shall promise the following items in order to respect customers’ free intention and protect their assets, information and other benefits;
- Regarding transactions with customers, we shall properly and sufficiently explain financial instruments and provide information based upon the laws and regulations.
- Regarding consultations and complaints from customers, we shall handle them properly and sufficiently.
- Regarding information on customers, we shall obtain them properly and manage them safely based upon the laws and regulations.
- Regarding outsourcing of our business related to transactions with customers, we shall manage an outsourcing company properly in order to protect customers’ information and other customers’ benefits.
* “Customers” in this Policy means “users of our bank and potential users of our bank”.
** Business regarding which we shall protect customers is the business related to all the transactions conducted between customers and us such as credit business, receipt of deposits etc. sales, intermediary and subscription of financial instruments.
