Multi-Currency deposit accounts (Call & Time) pay interest on a tiered interest rate basis, so the higher the deposit the higher the interest rate. The exchange rate can also vary in relation to the amount to be exchanged for any particular transaction. Usually, the larger the transaction the more favorable the exchange rate.
For your convenience, foreign currency funds can be deposited by Hong Kong Dollar cheque and foreign currency International Bank Draft, or telegraphic transfer.
If you want interest payable on your deposit but don't want to tie up your money, consider a Multi-Currency Call Deposit account.
